As at 16th April 2012 an amendment to the practice’s appointment booking system is being trialled. Please see literature available in the practice or ask at reception. Your feedback is welcomed.
Contacting the practice by phone:
A new telephone system was installed in September 2011 with the aim of making contacting the surgery and booking appointments easier for patients. With effect from late 2011 all telephone calls made to and from the practice are recorded. To improve our service and assist in staff training calls may be monitored.
During 2012 we are looking to roll out a text messaging appointment reminder service. If you would like to take part in this service please ask at reception to ensure that we have your current and correct mobile number documented in your records.
