There may on occasion be reasons why access to your online record has been disabled. If you would like access enabled, please request this with our reception who will ask our clinical team to review your request. You also have the right to opt out of online access, please let our admin team know either in reception or by using our digital form to update your personal details. You can also use this form to let us know if there is anything you feel that is factually incorrect in your record. Please see our privacy notice for details about how your information is used and shared.

Protecting access to your account is vitally important and you must take precautions to keep your logins safe. If you have concerns over security, please do let the practice know.

Patient Access is an alternative online service offered by our clinical computer system (EMIS) to allow patients to perform certain tasks online.
