When a GP/ANP refers you to a service, using the e-Referral service; you will receive a letter that will have the following information on it:

While Waiting for your Appointment:

If you require and help or advice regarding booking your appointment, contact the practice during our non-triage hours and speak to a member of our helpful Reception team or Medical Secretary Team. 

While awaiting to be seen, if you feel your symptoms have worsened, please call the surgery during our triaging times and request to speak to our triaging GPs.
